The senior is experiencing early-stage dementia and is relatively independent in using the toilet but occasionally requires assistance. A Pflegedienst visits the household for leg bandaging due to varicose veins. Job responsibilities include household chores, cleaning, and cooking. The senior's day begins around 8 AM, requiring assistance with personal hygiene and dressing, preparing breakfast, and administering prepared medications. Following this, the caregiver service arrives, and then it's time for the toilet and a walk with the wheelchair. After the walk, lunch is served, followed by a break until 3 PM. The senior then enjoys coffee and cake. Depending on her preference, this is followed by either a walk or a social game. Around 6:30 PM, a light dinner is served, followed by watching television. The senior goes to bed around 10 PM. During the night, it is necessary to assist the senior twice by placing her on the commode chair next to the bed. There is a night shift allowance of 10 euros/night. The senior lives alone in a family house, but sometimes her daughter visits after work, stays overnight, and also tries to assist the caregiver. The daughter stays on the first floor of the house. The caregiver has a private room and bathroom available on the second floor of the house.
