a woman 96 years 155 cm 50 kg
We are looking for a caregiver to provide temporary coverage during a vacation for a 96-year-old lady (155 cm, 50 kg) who lives alone in a family house and requires intensive care. The lady suffers from early-stage dementia, Parkinson's disease, and incontinence. She moves slowly, using a cane or walker for support, and requires assistance with getting up, walking, and daily activities such as hygiene, dressing, eating, and toileting. She is restless at night, often removing incontinence aids, and requires several nighttime interventions to change pads or bed linens. During the day, she sleeps a lot, but the caregiver is expected to prepare meals and be available. The lady refuses to go to a nursing home and sometimes refuses to eat or take medication. She enjoys walking with accompaniment and also goes shopping. The caregiver has access to a private room with internet access, while the bathroom is shared. This position is suitable as a substitute for the regular caregiver who resides in the household and requires six weeks of leave twice a year in June and December. Leisure time can be arranged by agreement, and during daytime naps, the caregiver has free time but must ensure meal preparation.
